Owner/Psychotherapist
Laurie A. Rechek, LCSW
Hello, I'm Laurie Rechek, LCSW, and the founder of Rechek Psychotherapy Services. I'm passionate about mental health and dedicated to helping individuals overcome challenges and achieve well-being.

Before starting my own practice, I gained valuable experience as a supervisor and helped develop community programs for crisis mental health treatment. These roles deepened my understanding and strengthened my commitment to providing compassionate care.
I specialize in treating Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) with Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and trauma with Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I've witnessed the transformative power of these therapies in helping clients reclaim their lives.

In addition to OCD and trauma, I also address anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship stresses. My holistic, client-centered approach ensures personalized care tailored to each individual's needs and goals.

At Rechek Psychotherapy Services, my mission is to create a supportive environment where clients feel empowered to explore their emotions, build coping skills, and achieve greater mental health and well-being. I'm honored to be part of my clients' journeys toward healing and growth.
Psychotherapist
Hannah Domasky, LPC
Hi there, I’m Hannah! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), and earned my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from UW-Whitewater. I enjoy working with a variety of mental health disorders including anxiety, depression, trauma and mood disorders. I am also passionate about working with other stressors that may be impacting your mental health including family and relationship conflicts, marital issues, and work struggles.
I work mainly from a Person-Centered approach as I value meeting you where you are at, while helping you navigate your journey through life. Through authenticity, humor, and curiosity, we will collaboratively work together to reach your goals and true self. I also incorporate other treatment modalities including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing and EMDR.
As a counselor, I strive to make this space a safe one for you as I know it can feel scary taking this step. Your mental health is important, and I will provide a nonjudgmental and compassionate space for you to share, process and reach that place you want to be. No matter how big or small, your thoughts and feelings matter, you are not alone, and you deserve to be happy! I’m looking forward to meeting you and am honored to take this journey with you!

Life is full of challenges, some of which may cause you to feel overwhelmed, stuck or lost. It takes courage to be vulnerable and let another person know your pain and struggles, and I am honored to hold that space for you. I will work with you collaboratively, within a safe and non-judgmental atmosphere, to foster change, growth and healing.
My number one priority is for you to feel heard, validated, and understood. As we work together, I will assist you with creating personal goals that increase your sense of life satisfaction. I am eclectic in my use of therapeutic techniques and draw from evidence-based treatments, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Strength-Based Therapy, and Brainspotting, with a trauma informed care approach.

I work with adults and teens who are seeking a new way to work through and cope with depression, anxiety, relationships, grief, life transitions, trauma, addiction, and general life struggles that are creating a sense of unhappiness. Change can be a very positive part of life; it can also be hard. I believe in you and your ability to overcome the challenges in your life and make meaningful changes that allow you to experience happiness and peace.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I earned my master’s degree in counseling at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
